Entrepreneur Joan Miller claims to enjoy both perks from her new venture.
"My business serves anyone who wants to turn their travel experiences into financial freedom," Miller claims.
She owns 4UVacations (www.4uvacations.com or info@4uvacations.com), a worldwide online travel booking site that is comparable to Expedia and Travelocity.
"It's a business with unlimited income potential that allows me to see the world," she explains.
The accountant did her homework and discovered that the travel industry is the largest in the world worth $7 trillion annually. That number is expected to double within the next 10 years.
Under its unique business model, 4UVacations charges a low one-time start up fee of less than $500 to get going. Miller says she found other similar licensing models charging over $5,000.
"With this company, you don't need a degree or even experience in the travel industry to take advantage of the travel perks, tax-reduction benefits and unlimited income potential," she says. "All you need is access to a computer and a passion for entrepreneurship and travel."
Miller says she loves being her own boss. "I like having full control over my destiny and I love helping to enrich the lives of people who use our service or decide to participate in this business."
Her advice to anyone starting up is to "be patient. A business takes time to build and one shouldn't expect immediate gratification."
